BROWN, SUSANNA m.n. FLYNN, born Jan 28, 1762 in Caswell County. Married in her 23d year to [blank] Brown. She lost her husband in the
War of 1812. He was in the army and died of fever while at Norfolk. She afterwards moved to Salem with her family of young children. She well
remembered the war of the revolution, and spoke of having seen the armies during that time. Died Nov. 28, 1867. Buried in the County
graveyard. Record of Moravian Diaries of NC, Vol XIII, pg 7265
BREWER, LAVINIA, born July 25, 1846. Her mother was Mary Lumly. Married to Harrison Brewer. Died Nov 6, 1868. Buried in the County
Graveyard.
