Fulp school, located near the
Forsyth-Stokes line, which is the only
school in the county to have only one
teacher.  The school has been
supported by the two counties, but the
Stokes patrons have voted to send
their children to a long-term
consolidated school, thus eliminating
one of the two teachers formerly
employed at Fulp.
